Payment

Shipping and delivery

Delivery is normally effected 1-5 working days from receiving the order and payment.

Delivers is normally made by PostNord.

Shipping expense is the actual cost - min 250g letter (no trace).

The Shop System has added shipping expenses.

If the stock is low or the item is impossible to get through the normal channels you will receive an email with further information.

Prices are always shown in Danish Kroner - DKK (1 EURO = approx 7.45 DKK).

To have the price correctly shown you must be registered and signed on.

Duty and tax at the receiving country is outside the scope of JM Perlen.

Cooling-off period

According to the Danish legislation you have 14 days cooling-off period from the items are received. If you regret the order within 14. days you must - at your own expense -return the items to the address shown below.

When we receive the items in the same condition as we shipped them - you will get your money back.

Privacy

JM Perlen records and keeps a database containing your name, address and order informations. The information is used for order handling only and is never released to 3. party in any way. JM Perlen keeps the registration up to 5 years.

JM Perlen is using (session) cookies to stay in context while you are browsing/shopping. The cookie is only valid as long as the browser is active.

All registration and communication contents from you to JM Perlen is within a secure connection (SSL).

No Payment Card data is saved at JM Perlen.

Complaint Handling

If an Item is not what it is supposed to be (error) or delayed for an unreasonable long time you are may complain to the address shown below.

Complains about errors must be filed within a reasonable/expected time after receiving the item. 2 years from receiving the item the complaining period is expired - according to the Danish legislation (Dansk Købelovs § 83, stk. 1) - unless otherwise agreed.

When JM Perlen receives a complaint - we will decide if the item is to be fixed, replaced or price reduced. If the item has to be sent back to JM Perlen it will be without expences for the customer.
